Semi-Private OFF-ICE Training

At Journey To Excel we are passionate about offering the best quality training experience in the city. That is why our training sessions will never exceed 6 athletes per group.  This setting provides the intimacy of personal training with the cost savings of larger group training. Classes are 1 hour in length and are typically structured with:
  •  10-15 minute dynamic warm-up and mobility focus (this will help prepare you for training while preventing any training related injuries)
  • 30-40 minute High Intensity Resistance Training (total body exercises that help you build lean muscle while losing fat)
  • 5-15 minutes High Intensity Energy Systems Training (short but sweet "finisher" circuits to help clients lose body fat while improving conditioning)

Personal Training

Dedicated one-on-one coaching customized to meet your needs. Includes a complete functional movement assessment to identify weak areas and potential injuries.  A customized strength program is then developed to address the specific issues. Accurate assessment always drives programming.

Semi-Private Training

A more affordable alternative to private training, semi-private group sessions offer a balance between dedicated one-on-one coaching and the competitive group training experience. This is a favourite among professional athletes as it usually provides a more competitive and inspired training environment. Train like a pro this off-season with our elite summer dry land training program.  This is a small group training package that is garaunteed to take your game to the next level.  All programs begin with a complete assessment which help our staff cater your program to your specific needs.

Summer Off-Ice - 5 or 3-day Program
